quilt!
ok, i'm a dork. i am making a quilt. let's get that out of the way.
here is a pile of stuff i got at the salvation army that will become little hexagons for the quilt.
here is my first block.
it's dorky that this is thrilling, right?

It's beautiful! I am so impressed. I've been planning to/trying to start a quilt too..... I guess I'm with you in the dorkhood.
it's way way easier than quilt dorks will have you believe. i will post progress pictures tomorrow.
maybe i should have said "other quilt dorks"
