first dress
i made it! i made the dress. note sister in law studying in the background and naughty dog and destroyed toy. imagine the dress more ironed.
next i want to make a quilt for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary coming up in april, but i don't have any fabric. i have been sick for the past 2 days and haven't been able to make it out to get some. arrgh.

It's scary how much you and my mom have in common. She's working in a quilt shop now in exchange for selling the fiber she spins there. Why don't you come out here to make your quilt? There's a nice quilt shop in town as well as one of the top "quilting artists" in the country, so I hear. Mimi could play with my dog and we could go for hikes.
